What's the history of Milton and why is it a good place to live?

Located about 25 miles from the city of Atlanta, Milton was established in 2006. It is not as densely populated as some of the other areas in North Fulton and and Forsyth county. 

You would be surprised about the median household income and home prices. Hint: that's revealed in the video. Plus the schools are excellent like Cambridge which is one of the tops in the country. 

Crabapple is a terrific walking community. Here things are packed in. However, this is a anomoly for Milton which has mandated one and five acre zoning. This means that homes must be built on at least one acre of land. This means more land for your kids to play and your dog to run around.
