There’s a new trend in home construction - rental only communities of townhomes and single family homes are being built. Sure, it is a bit less expensive to rent your home than buy it. But why would someone want to rent if they can afford to buy their home? The transient nature of many workers, especially contractors, makes renting a home more attractive than buying it. Builders have responded by starting make single family home communities with modern design and large yards for families. In Atlanta, these communities start at around $2,000 and go up from there.
