    My husband got transferred out of state so we needed to sell quickly. We found Bruce because he had recently sold two other homes in our neighborhood in under a week.

    We interviewed multiple agents and got the feeling that most were just telling us what we wanted to hear in order to get the listing. Bruce is extremely knowledgeable of the area and took the time to explain realistic expectations to meet our timeline and desired sales price. He made specific suggestions regarding minor updates and staging options in order to sell our home quickly and for the highest price.
